Labituin Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Labituin. We want you to love your new handbag. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return a handbag from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all protective wrapping and dust bags intact.

Proof of Purchase: Your return requires the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your handbag, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping- Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
